Fellow Les Dames D’Escoffier members Gena Berry and Virginia Willis talk about Willis’ book, Bon Appétit, Y’all! Three Generations of Southern Cooking. French-trained chef Willis shares her recipes and culinary tricks.

Virginia Willis is the writer of the cookbook, Bon Appétit, Y’all! Three Generations of Southern Cooking. She is a graduate of L’Academie de Cuisine and Ecole de Cuisine LaVarenne, and produced Turner South’s Home Plate. Previously, she was the kitchen director for Martha Stewart Living Television where she supervised the food segments for the Emmy-award winning television show.

Gena Berry is associate producer of the cooking show, Home Plate, on Turner South, and her cooking classes have been featured in Southern Living Magazine. She travels extensively, working on events with celebrity chefs including Bobby Flay, Marvin Woods, Gale Gand and Kevin Rathbun.
