Wendy Jacobs, Emmett Clinical Professor of Environmental Law, and Director of the Emmett Environmental Law and Policy Clinic at Harvard Law School discusses how citizens can utilize the law to restore protective regulations for our environment. Wendy B. Jacobs, Esq. is the Emmett Clinical Professor of Environmental Law and Director of the Harvard Law School Emmett Environmental Law & Policy Clinic. She is on the Faculty of Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s Center for Health and the Global Environment. She is a Special Advisor to the HLS Dean on Learning and Practice; a member of the American College of Environmental Lawyers; and she is on the board of the Clean Air Task Force.
