His leading edge constructs of Diversity and Managing Diversity have been widely circulated in his books: Building a House for Diversity; Beyond Race and Gender; and Redefining Diversity. These are considered landmark works in the diversity field. His fifth major work, Building on the Promise of Diversity, was released in the fall of 2005.
