Hallie Ephron is an award-winning mystery book reviewer for the Boston Globe and the bestselling author of 1001 Books for Every Mood and Writing and Selling Your Mystery, which was nominated for both an Edgar and an Anthony Award.

The daughter of Hollywood screenwriters Henry and Phoebe Ephron and sister to authors Nora, Delia and Amy, Ephron worked as a teacher, educational consultant, and high tech marketing copywriter, before trying her hand at writing fiction.
