Second Chances and Last Chances
Jae S. Brown emergency management specialist, CDC [homepage]
The CDC's Jae Brown talks to a class of Atlanta Grady High School students about getting on a path to a career that's in line with your personality type.
He tells a story of how, as a youth, he nearly got arrested and how a benevolent police officer gave him a second chance to straighten his life out. Jae tells of how he fought his own tendencies and made a life-changing choice.
Jae also tells of a family member who also got a second chance to be a success and made an unfortunate choice that landed him in jail for 15 years.
