A panel discussion follows, with special guests Lisa Jackson, new Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator for the Obama Administration; and Bill Ruckelshaus, founding EPA Administrator under Nixon. Poisoned Waters correspondent Hedrick Smith leads the panel discussion about why, three decades after the Clean Water Act, two of the nation's great coastal estuaries, Puget Sound and Chesapeake Bay, are in perilous condition.
