Coyote at the Kitchen Door
January 23, 2010
Stephen DeStefano professor, biology, UMass Amherst
Amy Stein photographer
Wildlife biologist Stephen DeStefano, author of Coyote at the Kitchen Door; and photographer Amy Stein, whose work addresses how bears, deer, fox, coyote, and birds are increasingly encroaching upon areas considered to be "ours", discuss the blurred boundary between human life and wildlife in modern society. They explain how they approach this intersection-- from the perspective of a wildlife manager and a visual artist.
